  • Visualizing Flows: If criteria are missing, I sketch a quick flow diagram or wireframe mockup. Seeing the state changes often reveals hidden requirements that text-based stories miss.
  • Assumption Mapping: I document my assumptions explicitly in the ticket. If the PO validates these, they become the de facto acceptance criteria.
