  • Delegation: I would assign QA Engineers specific locales or feature sets, leveraging any linguistic skills within the team or assigning to those most familiar with specific product areas. I’d provide concise, targeted test checklists focusing on common localization pitfalls: text truncation, overlapping elements, incorrect date/currency formats, encoding issues, and major contextual inaccuracies.
