    • Understand the root cause of the feature delay and its potential ripple effects across the application.
    • Identify the most critical user journeys and high-impact areas across the entire system. This informs our Requirement Coverage priorities.
  2. Resource Reallocation & Prioritization (Delegation Strategy):

    • Skill-Based Allocation: Assess the remaining team's individual strengths, domain knowledge, and current workload. The most experienced QA Engineers would be assigned to the delayed feature, critical path testing, and high-risk regression areas. Their expertise is paramount for navigating complexity.
    • Mentored Delegation: Junior team members would be delegated tasks like focused exploratory testing on stable, less critical areas or re-running specific, well-defined existing regression suites where the risk of complex issues is lower.
