  2. Harmonized Test Strategy: Develop a master test strategy that outlines common approaches for manual testing:
    • Cross-Product Regression: Identify and prioritize critical end-to-end user journeys that span multiple product groups. Our manual regression efforts focus on verifying seamless integration and critical workflows, often uncovering issues automated tests might miss.
    • Exploratory Testing Charters: Define shared exploratory testing charters for new features or high-risk areas, allowing our manual testers to discover defects and validate user experience without rigid scripts.
