Terms

Terms and Advisory Disclaimer.

QA Hacks provides software quality consulting, manual testing, product review, and advisory services. These terms explain the nature and limits of our work.

Important

QA review helps reduce risk, but it does not remove all risk.

Final business, release, vendor, and technical decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

1. Advisory nature of services

QA Hacks provides recommendations based on the information, access, documents, product environment, test accounts, timeline, and context provided by the client.

Our work can help identify risks, improve quality decision-making, clarify product issues, and support release readiness, but final business, technical, vendor, and release decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

2. No guaranteed business outcomes

QA Hacks does not guarantee business outcomes, vendor performance, software delivery success, customer satisfaction, revenue results, investment outcomes, production stability, or implementation success.

Any decision to launch, accept vendor work, delay release, change scope, or invest further in development remains the responsibility of the client.

3. Testing limitations

Software testing can reduce risk, but it cannot prove that software is defect-free. Findings depend on agreed scope, available access, test environment, product complexity, documentation quality, device coverage, browser coverage, data availability, and timeline.

QA Hacks may not identify every issue, hidden defect, security vulnerability, performance limitation, backend problem, third-party dependency issue, or future production failure.

4. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, required access, test accounts, relevant documentation, known limitations, expected workflows, business rules, and any important context needed for the review.

  • Providing staging or production access when required
  • Clarifying expected behavior and business rules
  • Reviewing reports and deciding next actions
  • Protecting sensitive customer, payment, or production data
  • Ensuring the client has permission to share vendor or product materials

5. Scope and deliverables

Each paid engagement should define scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, access, responsibilities, assumptions, and exclusions before work begins.

Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate, additional timeline, or separate engagement.

6. Sample reports and public materials

Sample reports, public articles, checklists, website content, and educational materials are provided for general information and format preview only.

They are not a substitute for a paid custom review of your product, business context, vendor delivery, requirements, or technical environment.

7. Confidentiality

QA Hacks treats project details, product information, credentials, documents, vendor proposals, requirements, screenshots, and internal workflows as confidential business information.

Clients should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information. If sensitive access or data is required, it should be discussed and agreed before work begins.

8. Third-party platforms and vendors

QA Hacks may review products, vendor deliveries, or third-party systems based on the access and information provided. However, QA Hacks is not responsible for the conduct, quality, security, availability, or performance of third-party vendors, platforms, tools, hosting providers, or integrations.

9. No legal, financial, or security advice

QA Hacks provides software quality and testing-related advisory services. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, compliance, cybersecurity certification, penetration testing, or regulatory advice unless explicitly agreed in writing with appropriately qualified specialists.
