  1. Requirements Analysis & Scope Definition:

    • Deep dive into user stories, functional specifications, and architectural diagrams. Identify all internal and external integration points (APIs, message queues, UI interactions across modules) and data contracts.
    • Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Analysts to understand critical business workflows crossing system boundaries. Map these to user journeys.
    • Establish Requirement Coverage by creating a traceability matrix linking test cases to integration requirements.
