    • Test Execution Progress: Understand what’s already stable, what’s partially tested, and what remains completely untouched.
  2. Risk-Based Prioritization (Manual Focus):

    • P1 - Core User Journeys & Critical Functionality: Essential business processes, happy paths, and high-impact features. This is where I focus intensive, exploratory, and boundary-value manual testing without relying on code, ensuring end-to-end user flows are robust.
    • P2 - High-Impact Regression: Areas directly affected by recent changes or known integration points. Targeted manual regression, emphasizing areas with high historical Defect Reopen Rate.
