We identify critical path scenarios, high-volume transactions, regulatory compliance points, and potential integration failure points. Requirement Coverage is continuously tracked to ensure no critical functionality is missed.
  2. Structured Test Design: Using techniques like user story mapping, state transition diagrams, equivalence partitioning, and boundary value analysis, I design comprehensive manual test cases. These cover happy paths, critical edge cases, negative scenarios, error handling, and data integrity across the end-to-end flow. I prioritize explicit coverage of integration points, system dependencies, and user permissions relevant to the critical flow. Exploratory testing is integrated to uncover 'unknown unknowns' that structured cases might miss.
  3. Risk-Based Execution & Coordination: Test cases are prioritized based on business criticality and risk severity (P0/P1 for critical flows are executed first).
