  1. Understand Integration Contracts & User Journeys:

    • Collaboration: I initiate discussions with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Development Leads to fully grasp requirements, data flow diagrams, and expected behaviors across all interacting platforms (e.g., web, iOS, Android, third-party APIs).
    • Functional Mapping: Map out critical end-to-end user journeys that traverse these platforms. This highlights core integration points, their business impact, and potential failure points, focusing on data synchronization, state transitions, and UI consistency.
  2. Design Comprehensive Manual Test Scenarios:

    • Exploratory Testing: We begin with targeted exploratory sessions to uncover unexpected behaviors, edge cases, and usability nuances at integration seams. Findings are rigorously documented.
    • Test Case Development: Design explicit test cases for each integration point:
      • Positive Flows: Verify successful data transfer and consistent behavior when interacting between Platform A and Platform B.
