    • Early Engagement: Collaborate immediately with Product (PMs) and Business Analysts (BAs) to understand the "why" and "what" of the transition. This allows early identification of critical user journeys, business rules, and integration points affected.
    • Risk Assessment: Identify high-risk areas without delving into code – focusing on system interfaces, critical data flows, and complex functional areas prone to breakage.
    • Requirement Coverage: Define clear quality gates and success criteria, ensuring all new/modified requirements are traceable and testable. This metric guides our test planning.
  2. Targeted Test Strategy & Design:

    • Phased Approach: Break down the transition into manageable sprints or phases.
    • Focused Manual Testing: Design comprehensive manual test cases for new functionality, ensuring deep functional validation of new user experiences and workflows.
